Our Story
The Arts Inspiration and Aspiration (AIA) residency program was designed as a cutting edge experiential insight, to communicate the value of visual language and collaboration through arts practice in education and ultimately the creative industries.
For an eight-month residency, AIA will support one London based established artist and one graduate at Marlborough Primary School (MPS) in South Kensington. Artists will engage in the research of their arts practice to develop a body of new work for student engagement and exhibition. Artists are also responsible for supervising arts educational workshops for the students in collaboration with staff and AIA Admin.
Our professional Artist will engage in artist led workshops and legacy alongside mentorship of an emerging graduate as part of the program; allowing the candidate to shadow practices and collaborate with elements of program directive and student project development.
